SteelSeries published a Pride Month blog post outlining its commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion by celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community and encouraging supportive workplace practices.

SteelSeries has announced that its suppliers will now be committed to international standards addressing child labor, forced labor, discrimination, anti-corruption, and bribery. Additionally, from the end of 2022, key suppliers will undergo full audits by the GN Audio operations team. The initiative also ties in with efforts to promote sustainable packaging by reducing landfill through recyclable and reusable materials.

In March 2022, SteelSeries demonstrated its commitment to diversity and inclusion by promoting regular DE&I surveys, open meetings, and dedicated employee committees such as For Pride, Women of SteelSeries, and a Mental Health Group. The initiative included a campaign highlighting female employees’ blogs and streams to inspire further inclusivity within the gaming industry.
