The statement criticized the unconditional support provided by U.S. and European officials to Israel, describing such backing as complicity in perpetuating human rights abuses and an apartheid regime.

Jerusalem Legal Aid Center reported that as of August 2023, 105 Palestinian schools were classified as 'recognized but unofficial', offering critical evidence of discriminatory practices in the education system amid proposed oppressive legislative measures.
