In response to the devastating February 2023 earthquake in Türkiye, Koç Holding initiated the Hope City Project, rapidly constructing container cities to house displaced populations. The project featured inclusive design, community facilities, and targeted employment opportunities for survivors, setting a replicable model for disaster response.

Koç Holding released a supply chain compliance policy that emphasizes zero tolerance for slavery, human trafficking, and labor rights abuses. The policy, aligned with the ILO, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and UN Global Compact, establishes strict guidelines for selecting and monitoring business partners to ensure ethical sourcing and responsible labor practices.

Koç Holding has implemented a comprehensive Code of Ethics and Compliance Program, developed from 2018 to 2020, which includes policies on human rights, anti-bribery and corruption, supply chain management, and donations and sponsorships.
